


As a senior construction professional he’s been instrumental at all stages of the development and construction process from pre-planning to pre-qualification and tendering, contract negotiation and project delivery.
Having held regional commercial responsibility for Mowlem plc and Laing O'Rourke, his core skills include contractual risk appraisal, conditions and commercial terms negotiation, budgetary and commercial reporting, together with team building and leadership. As well as commercial management, Stephen has worked in frameworks and joint venture management on medium sized and high capital value projects, and has led in the winning and delivery of a number of high profile schemes.
More recently Stephen has worked in large scale property development (pre and post planning) where he has developed and implemented effective procurement and reporting processes.
