PCL is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and in doing so adheres to many of the available standards and guidelines.

This website endeavours to conform to level Double–A of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines will help make the web more user friendly for all people.

Whilst PCL strives to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website.

Adjusting text size

  3. Select text size from ‘Largest‘ to ‘Smallest‘.

Changing your text size in Mozilla/Firefox:

  1. Select ‘View‘ menu.
  2. Select ‘Text Size‘ menu.
  3. Select ‘Increase‘ or ‘Decrease‘ to adjust the font size.

Changing your text size in Safari:

  1. Select ‘View‘ menu.
  2. Select ‘Make Text Bigger‘ or ‘Make Text Smaller‘ to adjust the font size.

Changing your text size in Flock:

  1. Select ‘View‘ menu.
  2. Select ‘Text Size‘ menu.
  3. Select ‘Increase‘ or ‘Decrease‘ to adjust the font size.

Keyboard shortcuts (Access Keys)

This website includes integrated keyboard shortcuts (Access Keys) to allow access for users without a mouse.
